Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

Once an order is processed and payment has been made, sale is considered final and cannot be reversed. Request for replacement or refund can be initiated should the item/s be found defective, item/s are to be reviewed & evaluated for approval. Proper documentation and proof should be submitted in support of this claim.

 Requests for replacement of refund must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery/ receipt of the item/s. The item must be unused and in complete state. The following conditions are not entitled to a return or exchange as stated in Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines):

  1. Sudden change of mind
  2. Defects caused by misuse or mishandling of items by customer
  3. Discovery of lower price of the same item from another store

 

WARRANTY

We ensure all the items pass quality control before shipping, but in the case the item is defective, kindly read the qualifications for our warranty policy.

CAFE DE KONA PH warranty is limited. Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product it is not transferable. Confirmation email or proof of purchase is needed for the warranty claim. Warranty period for all items is 7 days.

 Warranty does not include damages from:

  • Accidents, misuse and repairs from unauthorized centers or personnel
  • Incorrect voltage used for electronic advises
  • Not following instructions for proper usage and cleaning of CAFE DE KONA items
