RETURN AND REFUND
Once an order is processed and payment has been made, sale is considered final and cannot be reversed. Request for replacement or refund can be initiated should the item/s be found defective, item/s are to be reviewed & evaluated for approval. Proper documentation and proof should be submitted in support of this claim.
WARRANTY
We ensure all the items pass quality control before shipping, but in the case the item is defective, kindly read the qualifications for our warranty policy.
CAFE DE KONA PH warranty is limited. Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product it is not transferable. Confirmation email or proof of purchase is needed for the warranty claim. Warranty period for all items is 7 days. Warranty does not cover damages through improper usage, negligence or wear and tear.

PAYMENTS
Payments made via credit card will be processed immediately. Payments made via Bank Deposit, Online Transfer, or GCash will be processed once proof of payment is sent. You may contact us via email or Instagram for confirmation and order status.
