Shipping policy

Processing Time:

Orders are processed and shipped out 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping (Metro Manila) - 3-5 business days
• Standard Shipping (Provincial) - 3-7 business days
• Same Day Delivery (Metro Manila) – applies for orders confirmed and paid before 3:30PM on the same day. (different rates apply for this).

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items and the selected shipping method. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout

Order Tracking

Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped.
